Hi everyone,
the last thing to do before leaving was the VISA, so I took the appointment to go to the consulate and get it. It was extremely interesting and amazing! You may consider me a strange person but I really liked it!😀
On June 9th, I went to Milan, which is 2 hours far away from where I live, with my dad by car. Then, we took the subway and we arrived in front of the consulate. After that I entered the builing alone and I went to the 7th floor with other 3 people and a guard. When we arrived, we took a ticket with a number and we waited. There were 3 counters: one for the documents, one for the finger prints and one to talk to the consul who would decide to give you the VISA or not.
Finally they called me: the documents were all good, they had my finger prints and I talked with the consul who were a very nice woman. She asked me some questions like 'Will you go to a high school?' or 'Do you alrady know where are you going?' or stuff like that and I just replied. Then she told me that the VISA was approved, which documents I would have to take with me in the airport and when I would have to go bringing my passport with my VISA. I thanked her and I went out.
It was such a wonderful experience that not everyone can experiment!
Moreover, I started to do things alone as in America will be.
(I copied the picture from the official site of the consulate because you can't take photo of it).
