Hi everyone,
at 8 a.m. of the fourth day I started my swimming practise.
It lasts 3 hours and it's divided in two parts: first we run and do workout (push ups, squats, sit ups and stuff like that) for an hour and a half, then we swim for the rest of the time.
The first part was really hard (also because I can only do 10 push ups and we did 100 of those) and at the end I was literally dying.
Anyway, I had a great time and I met a lot of new girls that, of course, goes at the same school as me.
At dinner I learned how to grill the chicken and I ate my first salad with a cheese sauce (I usually eat it with olive oil and salt), but it was really good! I think I have loved everything I have eaten here😁.
