Hi everyone,
Sunday 26th August was my seventeenth birthday!
When I woke up and went downstairs as every morning and in the kitchen there was my host family and three big baloons: a blue 1, a blue 7 and one that said 'Happy birthday!'. In addition, on the table there was a Pandora bag, some flowers and a birthday card. I was super excited!
Then, I opened my presents, I took some photos and ate 2 of the 20ish donuts that my host mum had bought before I woke up. I loved everything! I was so happy!
While my host mum was making 2 bithday cakes for my birthday, I got ready for my birthday party. I really looked forward to it.
At 2 p.m. everyone started to arrive, we sat in the living room, we talked and ate some snacks: cookies and chips with salsa.
After that, my host mum made hamburgers for everyone, so we ate her hamburgers (which I love and she knows that😋). Then, we ate the super yummy cakes that she had made, I opened the presents and my friends sang 'happy birhday' in Italian. It was so funny, but they reallt did a good job!
